Irish Beef has operated Arby’s restaurants in Southern Arizona since 2016. The company is led by a local management team with deep restaurant experience and a hands-on approach to running the business.
Our focus is on building strong restaurant teams, developing leaders from within, maintaining high operating standards, and creating a business that supports our employees and their families.

Community involvement has been a meaningful part of Irish Beef from the beginning. Through Arby’s Cares, our restaurants, team members, guests, and partners have supported local organizations including Candlelighters, UCP of Southern Arizona, the Arizona Diaper Bank, and Toys for Tots.

Jami Salyers
Vice President of Operations
Jami leads the day-to-day business operations of Irish Beef, with responsibility for restaurant performance, field leadership, operating standards, and execution across the company. She works closely with restaurant and area leaders to drive performance, develop people, and ensure consistency across the organization.
Kyra Neyhart
Area Leader
Kyra directly oversees several Irish Beef restaurants, supporting restaurant managers on performance, staffing, team development, and day-to-day operations. She serves as the primary field leader for her restaurants and helps translate company priorities into consistent execution at the restaurant level.
Denise Chavez
Senior Operations Manager
Denise focuses on restaurant operations, training, and management capability across Irish Beef. A longtime Certified Training Manager, she works closely with restaurant leaders to identify operational issues, strengthen execution, and ensure managers are equipped to run strong restaurants.
